Fairytale

I like the idea of compositing multiple images together to produce a new and very precise composition. This type of work has been pioneered by artists such as Jeff Wall; however I wanted to do something less photo-realistic and more painterly. I combined a heavily retouched image of Lily Cole with various landscape pictures I shot to produce a brooding fairytale setting. I have also included the original shot for comparison.
